Aroma: tropical and citrus fruits and rind, some mango, pale malts. Appearance: hazy, pale gold, medium, creamy, white head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: bitters continue, not getting too strong, grapefruit, other citrus fruits, grain malts, dry finish. Overall: fabulous APA, a typical Kernel, excellent aroma, nice palate. Bottle from The Beerhive. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Nice lacing. Aroma of Jelly Babies, lime, Seville orange and peach. Flavour is soft and fruity - notes of grapefruit, hay, orange and mango. Medium body with a creamy texture. Light fizz. A bit sweeter than I expected but very easy to drink. I’d love to try the IPA version of this.

Clear golden with a fluffy white head. nose: pure exotic fruit, but also wet dog, human sweat, a but under powered. taste: malt, fruity, malts, sugar, low on carbonation, i am missing some punch, small finish. okey IPA, nothing earth staggering. expected a bit more from this brewery.

Backlog rating Keg at the brewery tap room, London. It pours a clean golden color with a medium white head. Aroma is grassy and citric with citrus oils, dough, grapefruit, grass. Taste is light bready, light sweet medium bitter, with notes of citrus juice, hay, orange peel. Finishes dry and grassy. Medium bodied with good carbonation. Overall, good APA

Hazy orangey golden, soft swirly very thin white head. Dusty sweet marmalade nose. Initial taste is firmly bright brulee lime, creamy pine towards the middle and a hefty straw dryness mops things up towards the finish. Perhaps my server was too keen shoogling the bottle about, but a big of a clug on the bitterness front. Carbonation is subtle enough. Linger is punchy, dry an near capriniha citrus squelch on the linger. Bottle, The Font, Manchester.

Bottled around 2 months ago at 5.4%. Hazy orange, sparkling, small white head. Aroma is strong fruit salad - peach, mango, kiwi. Body is medium, low-ish carbonation. Taste is very light - sparkling water, touch of ashy hop, straw. Great aroma, pity it doesn’t translate into the taste.
