Bottle at home (Brewery puchase in Sep’12 label states 5.2% ABV) - 23/09/12. Pours a hazy light orange with a very thin white head that soon forms a small lake. Sweet tropical fruit tones on the nose, mandarin, apricot, nice pine whiff, hops and a little light caramel also on the nose. Taste follows the nose, slightly sharper bitter flavours than the sweeter nose suggest, mineral tones. Medium bodied, light carbonation with a bitter sweet finish. Decent!

Backlog rate. Hazy light yellow color. Stunning pale ale - hops & fruit (citrus, canned tropical) hit you right from the start and linger.

[4921-20121102] 500mL bottle. Light fresh green peas mixed with weird fruit in the aroma. Clear, pale yellow orange body with a quick creamy white head. Bitter wet leafy hops flavour. Medium body. Really weird hops profile. (5-/3/6-/3/12) 2.9

Slightly hazy blond colour. Some citrusy notes in aroma and flavour. The light sharpness keeps it fresh and easy to drink.

2012-11-02. Crisp golden orange body, small quick white head. 3+ Odd hoppy aroma, leafy notes, something strange I can’t place. 6+ Flavour has muted leafy hop profile, odd accents, mild malt, lingering vegetation in the finish. 6+ Average bodied palate. Pleasant fruity character comes out as it warms, but just okay overall. Bottle BBNov17 shared by HogTownHarry

Pale straw colour. Big aroma and flavours of grapefruit, citrus pith, pine. Good biscuity malt character reveals immediately before the very bitter finish. Light bodied, oily mouthfeel. Very sessionable, if a little astringent.

500 ml bottle bought @ beermerchants.com. Pours slightly hazy golden with a small bubbly offwhite head that leaves lots of trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny sweet and earth with bread, resin, moist soil, moist grass, grapefruit rinds, pine, orange wine gum candies, crackers, unripe berries and hints of green peas. Taste is bitter and tiny metallic with bread dough, resinous wood, pine, grapefruit rinds, earl gray tea, moist grass, orange peal, moist soil and unripe gooseberries. Mouthfeel is tiny watery, tiny round, astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with grapefruit rinds, earl gray tea, bread, resinous wood and moist grass. Too resiny and rough.

The flavor is dry, medium to heavily bitter and light acidic with resin, wood, grass, earth, spices, hay, bread and crackers. The water and light astringent with a light carbonation. Lingering citric and earthy notes of light bodied.

Bottle beermerchants.com. Peach aroma, great tangy cirtrus taste, with orange and grapefruit very obvious. Bitter and lively on the tongue with a sharp fruity finish. Pours fine pale gold colour.

Slightly hazy pale orange. Lovely citrussy fruity aroma. Even bigger citrussy explosion in the mouth. Very refreshing pale ale. Another hit from Kernel.
