ABV: 5.3%. Unclear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, orange - citrus, mango, cheese, riped fruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light heavy bitter with a long duration, mango, fruity, hoppy, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140104]

Draught at the Rover, mid January. Hazy golden, off-white head. Hoppy and fruity with citrus, tropical fruits, pine, grass. Nice and drinkable.

Bottled 12/11/13. Pours a hazy orangy gold with a with head. Aroma is lightly toasty, piney, woody with a light marmalade. Light to medium body, light carbonation. A touch thin but still plenty of flavour. Dry woodiness, a touch of smoke, light caramel, orange, tonic and a nice bitterness. Decent.

Draught @ The Rover. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, mineral water, passionfruit, pineapple, lemon zest, freshly cut grass, gooseberries, pine needles and lemongrass. Taste is bitter, slightly fruity, slightly herbal and tiny floral with crackers, white read, freshly cut grass, lemon balm, unripe mango, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest, black currant leaves, minerals, resinous wood, passionfruit, lemon hard candy and moist soil. Mouthfeel is crisp, astringent, dry, watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with white bread, freshly cut grass, moist green herbs, unripe tropical fruits, citrus zest, minerals and pine needles. A real thirst-quencher, highly drinkable!

Bottle at home, from Oddbins London Bridge, first proper beer after over a week off, 10/01/13. Hazy golden amber with a good sized white cap. Nose is bitter tropicals, tangerine, chakly mineral tones, earthy hops, grapefruit. Taste comprises orange pith, tangerine, shades of apricot, mineral bite, earthy hops, citric pithdom, on the turn melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, grassy hop bitterness in a slightly drying conclusion. Solid APA from the Kernel Krew ! Good to be back to beer :P

Bottle from Vino Wines. Murky golden body with a medium white head. Steady carbonation. Excellent lacing. Lovely tropical fruit aroma - sticky pineapple, mango and caramel. The taste is less intense than the aroma suggests. Flavour of minerals, kiwi fruit and citrus. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation. An easy drinking, juicy APA. This version was 5.3% ABV.
