Bottle from Mikkeller Shop, Stefansgade, Copenhagen; bottled 19-08-13, bb 19-12-13
Cloudy pale blond color with small sized frothy head. Nice hop aroma, with tropical fruits and citrus fruits. Dry mouthfeel; some malt flavor, but it tastes a bit papery; strong bitterness; the hop provides a moderate citrusy contribution, and a feeling of chamomile; some mild hop resins too. The final has that papery dryness, not exciting.
Good, but not special.

Bottled 12/10/13. A hazy orange headless beer. Sadly the yeast got mixed in giving it the haze. A lovely hoppy aroma. Lots of citrus. Sharp Simcoe dominated flavours. Becoming harsh but doubtless tasty.

Bottle picked up Tuesday 15th October 2013 from ’Jacks’, Westholme Stores, Goring-on-Thames, Oxon, consumed at home Wednesday 16th October 2013 Golden, hazy, actually perhaps more orangey in colour, touch eggy on nose, but only slight, also some citrus on nose. Soft bittersweet, tangerine, juicy, little dry, some pithiness. Very nice. A6 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.6
