Bottle. Whole Foods Market, Piccadilly. As Simcoe Mosaic. 5.1%. Old gold. Fair haze on it. Trademark Kernel swede. Grassy hop, first off. Some orange pith. Underripe peach. Trace of mineral. Aroma isn’t blowing me away, but this was bottled eight weeks ago. Taste is holding up well. Pithy bitter. Hint of fruity sweet. Soft, airy and clean palate. Finishes moderately bitter. Perfectly gluggable.

From a 50Cl bottle, pours a slightly hazy dull golden yellow color with an of-white head. The smell is big citrus, grapefruit, hint of coconut and tropical fruit with a touch of earth. The taste is Tropical fruit and citrus ending crisp, fruity and dry. The body is light yet oily with tight carbonation. Typical great beer by the Kernel!

Loving these Kernel Catch up ticks! Bottle picked up from the brewery and drunk at home after a 40km ride on 30C day. Fan bloody tastic. Mostly clear yellow/ bright golden coloured pour, light haze and a lasting loose white head. Aroma is nice mixed tropical fruit, passionfruit and lychee, little spicy citrus, pithy orange peel. Some bready malts, on the nose Very clean on the nose. Flavour is composed of soft bready / grainy malts, moderate spicy citrus, orange rind, passion fruit, little cat pee. Assertive slightly rough grassy citrus bitterness. Palate is soft, medium to low carbonation, dry pithy finish. Solid just what i wanted.
