Bottle, Craft, London. Orangey gold pour with a decent white head. Superb hop-laden nose with ganja and tropical fruit notes aplenty. Flavour was juicy fruit and a little malt with the hops singing like a celestial choir. Bitterness, Bob on. Moreish, oh yeah. Absolute stunner. Could drink this til’ the fecken cows come home.

Hazy golden amber, lightly carbonated with very low foam. Fresh clean grassy smell. Full of Chinook specialness. Three very distinct sensations; balanced earthy citrus taste, then a oddly spring onion hit followed by a bitterness that bites your cheeks. Love this stuff. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

At the beginning it is deep yellow to pale amber but when the rest of the bottle goes in it becomes extremely hazy, muddy amber - sediments. Huge white top, medium lasing. On nose - it starts dominant hoppy, mild herbal plus light grassy, but there is something very new to me also, very weird which mostly reminds me of green spring onions. Later it becomes more malty, caramely. Taste is acceptable balance between malt sweet and hopping bitter, slightly to hops side. Medium bodied, slick with watery texture, soft carbonation, medium dry finish, bitter hopped aftertaste. Interesting APA, must repeat cause of totally new aroma experience, tastes good.

Pretty cracking. Traces of grapefruit, green things, bark, orange rind, green hoppy resin type character, and more. Actually tastes more like 6 or 6.5%, got a quality whack of flavour to it.

Esto es una gran cerveza. No muy amarga para ser una American Pale Ale, pero tiene un gran olor y gran sabor, muy floral. Muy buen cuerpo y muy bien equilibrada con el gas.

Bottle via IP trade with Theydon b (thank you sir). Pours a hazy amber with nice thin white head and a decent amount of lacing. Aroma is bright citrus and fluffy funk - falling somewhere between the usual profiles of Nelson and the simcoe/Amarillo combination. Mouthfeel is fresh and sessionable with notes of citrus, light earthy funk and faint pine. Mosaic seems to be very suitable on its own and this beer serves as a great example.

Keg at Three Tuns, Bristol. Beautiful APA. Clean, crisp hops, with a real brickdust/charcoal finish. Quality.

My Bottom Line:
Green peppercorns, citrus, pine and basil all leap from this American-style Pale Ale, riding prickly bubbles into a powerful bitterness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam laces around the misty honeyed golden.
-Forced carbonation is intense, especially when you are getting used to cask carbonation.
-The citrusy, tropical fruit character of this Mosaic hop is fascinating.
-Drinkability is not that high for a Pale Ale due to the intense bitterness and high carbonation.
-This is a perfect emulation of an American Pale Ale. If you told me it was brewed by a Vermonter, I would probably fall for it.

On tap at the brewery tasting room.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2014 500ml bottles from Good Spirits Co. & Drygate. Hazy light amber brown, reasonable head. Tar grapefruit hop aroma. Dry biscuit grapefruit & tropical flavour. Biscuit and grapefruit aftertaste. Solid Kernel pale ale.
