33 cl bottle. Aroma is superb, hay and amber with notes of citrus fruits. Flavor continues very well and is nicely balanced for a pale ale. For a pale ale a very nice brew.

Keg, The King’s Head, Leicester. Hazy golden with an off white foam. Dry cracker toasted malts followed by lots of apricot jam. Grassy and herbal with underlying sweet tropical fruit. Spritzy mineral body with pine bitterness. Sudsy soap. Earthy with peppery notes. Massively drinkable.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange/amber. Aroma of tropical fruits, peach and grass. Taste has some fruity sweetness followed by moderate bitter finish that doesn’t linger too much. Enjoyable, easy drinking beer.

Pours very clear deep straw until the yeast sediment hazes things up. Thin film of white foam. Light hoppy, floral piney aromas - light mosaic tropical influence, light pineapple and also some more malty, sharper aromas. The taste is also very light on all accounts but very enjoyable indeed and at 5.2% it’s a perfect garden-beer. Good light to medium carbonation and a lightly bitter aftertaste. Nice light pale ale!

BOTTLE 50 CL at 5,2% abv, courtesy of Maersk. Almost clear dark amber, off-white creamy head. Medium intensity aroma of canned mano and peaches, quite dank and a bit catty. The malts are very restrained. The taste is similar, light generic fruity maltiness, even dankier and cattier hops, clean and sharp zesty bitterness in the finish The body is so smooth and devoid of tannins, that it feel a bit watery at first. A very good and well-crafted ale.

From tap. Medium thick, off-white head, hazy pale yellow blonde colour, actually looking more like a golden ale. Aroma of raw pineapple, passion fruit, mouldy lemon, white bread, strawberry, lime zest, white pepper. Clean, crisp fruity onset, hints of pear, pineapple and gooseberry, sweetish with a sour undercurrent, softish carbo, lean and supple, straightforward pale malt sweetishness, resinous hoppy finish, bit grassy, peppery and floral, drying. Very pleasant quencher.
