Notes of grass, citrus juice, pine cones, toffee. Taste is medium sweet and medium grassy and hoppy. Malty toffee notes, biscuit, grass, citrus, grapefruit and resinous hops. Bitter and dry finish. Light bodied with good carbonation. Overall, ok pale ale

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Polaris is a herbal hop. Bitter and aromatic, with a spicy edge. Since this pale ale is single hop, the beer tastes like this as well. Nice, but not my favorite hop.
