Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, grapefruit. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

From tap at MikkellerBar. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and solid citrus fruity. Light mango too. Dense peachy and mango. Crisp fruity. Mild sweetness and light bitterness. Ends dry and yet fruity.

Draft. A murky dark golden beer with a rim of white head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of rye, citrusy hops, and a bit of spices, leading to a bitter finish.

On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque golden with a tiny, rough off-white head. Quite a sophisticated and refined aroma of a tropical fruit melange. Medium-bodied, some initial lightly sweet fruit which is quickly balanced by a dry hop bitterness. I don’t know the flavour of rye well enough to pinpoint it in this beer. 310112

Very hazy orange beer, good white head. Creamy lacto malt in the head but not the beer which is crisp and semi dry. Mild rye spice with refreshing orangey citrus hops, trace of lemon. Crisp semi dry finish. Love Rye in hoppy beers! Very refreshing brew.

Bottle at home in London. Pours a glowing, lightly cloudy orange-gold with a foamy, pure white head. Has a bright, hoppy nose with some tangy citrus and faint, toasty grains. Medium sweet flavor with mild woodiness, orange citrus, sun-kissed malts, very light spiciness. Medium bodies with fine, massaging carbonation. Wonderful balance to finish, some sticky bitterness, light pine, wood, orange and grapefruit, lightly tickling rye, toasty grains. Very refreshing. Superb stuff.
