caesar (5295) - Bunnik/Utrecht, NETHERLANDS - OCT 25, 2014
Tap @ Beer Temple, small sample. Almost clear golden color, short head. Aroma of pine, green hops, grassy, slight biscuity malt. Medium bitter in taste. A bit too green on the hops I think, but furthermore exactly what you expect.

Borresteijn (4859) - Amsterdam, NETHERLANDS - OCT 23, 2014
On tap at Beer Temple. Hazy golden yellow colour, white head. Aroma of eggs, sulphur, dank hops, grass, some pine, light floral malt notes. Not very inviting. Flavour is something else, very fresh, juicy, floral malts, citrus, freshly cut grass, some pine, light earthy but firm bitter finish. Light-bodied. Tasty.

Douberd (2502) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - OCT 15, 2014
(The Kernel Pale Ale Simcoe) Bottle 330 ml at home, served into a tulip. ABV 5.3% Golden yellow colour on the body, mostly clear. Small white head, thin, but with good retention. Light lacing left behind. Aroma is full of grapefruit, lots of hops as expected, light manure after a swirl of the glass but not annoying, leaves. Great taste, citrus, grapefruit, pine and a bit of resin as well, nice bitterness, nothing extreme, more like a light bite, but with long duration. Medium thin body, carbonation on good levels, quite dry on the palate. Very good.

dEnk (3912) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 15, 2014
Bottle @ home. Aroma is well, big simcoe, sweaty and fruity with tangerine and mild malt. Flavour is the same, good beer but not my favorite hop on it’s own.
