Clean amber gold with a thin white head. Big biiiig Simcoe. Lots of tangerine and grass and grapefruit. Really jammy feel. Light bitterness but plenty of length. Great stuff.

Pours hazy orange with a creamy white head. Aroma and flavour of grapefruit, pine, hops. Nice creamy mouthfeel with at long hoppy aftertaste.

Pours light hazy golden with a fine, creamy, white head. Long duration. Aroma has good notes of the Simcoe, light piney, hint of melon and grapefruit. Light oranges. Some malty sweetness. Highish carbonation, lovely creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is very lovely. Lots of bitterness, lots of character from the Simcoe. Grapefruit, piney, orange zest, some lemons. Light sweetness in the middle before a long, lingering, hoppy bitterness. Impressive how the hops flavours are so clean compared to eg Mikkeller Single Hop Simcoe because that is (afaik) dry-hopped as well as being an IPA... This malts recipe really makes the hops stand out in flavour.

Bottle, thanks to Nate, allround tastings. Lovely golden pale texture, great lacing, sweet malts, floral hops, fantastic bitterness levels, very very sessionable. Would love this on cask.Thanks to Mario for noticing my error here. D’oh. Thanks to Evin for the confirmation of the abv. Also the beer!!
