Bottled@Brew Wharf, London. Orangeish golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, some floral hops as well as caramel malts and mild earthy notes. Flavour is quite similar with a very refreshing floral and fruity, with a slightly acidic touch to it. Well used hops here.

5.2% version. Bottle from the brewery drunk at home. Cloudy hazy dirty amber brown with lasting off white head. Reasonably strong Simcoe aroma. Reasonably firm in the mouth. Some bitterness on the finish. Not exactly cat pee but it does remind me of a very light Weyerbacher Double Simcoe. It’s like lime and grapefruit. Rather subtle, very balanced, poised. Rather good. I like it’s in 500ml too as it gives you more chance to sample it. A little sweetish toffee flavour.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. A more or less clear one, golden in color and with an off-white head. Tropical aroma with some pale malts in the back. Dry, medium body. The flavor has peaches, pale malts and generic tropical fruits, as well as a good bitterness. Bitter, tropical fruity finish. A tasteful and easy drinkable pale ale. 110129

Bottle, bought @ Beermerchants.com.
Pours light hazy golden with a fine, creamy, white head. Long duration. Aroma has good notes of the Simcoe, light piney, hint of melon and grapefruit. Light oranges. Some malty sweetness. Highish carbonation, lovely creamy and dry mouthfeel. Flavour is very lovely. Lots of bitterness, lots of character from the Simcoe. Grapefruit, piney, orange zest, some lemons. Light sweetness in the middle before a long, lingering, hoppy bitterness. Impressive how the hops flavours are so clean compared to eg Mikkeller Single Hop Simcoe because that is (afaik) dry-hopped as well as being an IPA... This malts recipe really makes the hops stand out in flavour.
