Pours hazy gold into a tulip. White micro head with excellent retention barely recedes. Lemon and resin aromas. Soft with sweet caramel and sour lemon front to back.

Pours from the bottle bright amber orange with a massive frothy head. Slghtly hazy. Smells quite fruity, bit of orange and apricot, and quite boozy. Also a bit peppery. Lightly bitter taste, and slightly herbal. Fruitiness is a bit sharper in the taste compared to the aroma. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. Nice beer but doesn’t have that refreshment factor you would expect from a saison. Almost veering towards tripel territory with the booziness.

Bottle. Hazy amber with a decent white head. Aroma of apricots, at ouch of caramel and peppery hops. Flavour was similar with a floral edge and decent, dry finish. Good.

Bottle at Cask Pub & Kitchen @ Pre-GBBF Kernel night. Clear amber - white head. Yeasty, phenols, peppery, spicy, sweetness, wheaty, nutty notes, berries, caramel. A bit wierd. Not dry and crispy enough !!!

Bottled. Thanks to chriso. Hazy yellow colour with creamy head. Peppery, fruity nose with notes of aniseed. Spicy, peppery in flavour with aniseed in flavour. Dry, bitter and fruity. A different Saison that might lack in funk but it’s really nice.

Bottle@Home. Hoppy, peppery aroma. Hazy, yellow, irregular beige head, fair lace. Dry, bitter, hint of sourness, sweetish, nasty bitter in the finish, a little oxidized? Medium body.

Keg at CPK, Kernel event. Fruity honey lemon nose, some spice. Deep gold, tending towards orange. No head by the time I got it. Spicy, yeasty, nice fruit, some esters, decent peppery hops. Nice and rather authentic saison.
