4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
500ml bottle. Hops: citra & mosaic. 3.3% abv. Pours very cloudy straw colour with a small white head that dissipates but leaves a good lacing. Really fantastic aroma of tropical fruits, citrus, herbs and ozone. Huge citrus flavours, particularly grapefruit, with some peach. Some grass, herbal notes and heavy floral hops follow. A good, robust bitter finish. Medium bodied with low to moderate carbonation. I can barely believe this is 3.3%. Really fantastic.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at BrewDog Manchester. Pale yellow shade, actually almost green. White head. Citrussy and floral hints in the aroma. Taste is grassy and lightly herbal hops, orchard blossom, pineapple-like tropical notes. Thankfully not watery at all. A definite step down from their pale ales but it succeeds at what it aims to be.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottled; Ale House; 24th January 2015. Mosaic edition.
A well-carbonated beverage and golden with white lacing which holds reasonably well. Aromas are of perfumes; onions from the hop; apricots; mangos and fresh dough.
Taste is lemons; apricots; mangos and lime cordial. Really good usage of yeast. No off-flavours. Super clean. Exactly how to make a low abv session hoppy pale. Really good use of yeast. Finish is dry and with a taste of mangos. Nice.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
500 ml bottle, 3.1% ABV, Mosaic. Dated 1/7. Pours a lightly cloudy straw color with small white head and really nice sticky lacing. Some hop flakes and gummy yeast sediment visible in bottle – a little grungy. Aroma is vibrant grassy and tropical hops with mango, oats, flowers, and orange peel. Taste is gulpable orange, lemon peel, and dank tropical fruit with uber-resinous hops and a piney finish. Crisp and quenching. Oats add body. Very nice.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
UPDATED: FEB 12, 2015 33cl bottle, Geers. Simcoe-hopped version I believe. Genius Session IPA in the lightest and most flavourful sense of the word: full orange zest and lemon curd aromas, light yet not watery, juicy hops squeezed into just the right amount of flavourful pillowy malts, leaving a passion fruit froop dessert taste while remaining qute dry. This is rightly imported as it can teach Belgian audiences that satisfying ale flavours can be had under half of a sugar-infused 7%.
