Bottled 12.12.12. Really interesting hop profile Apollo, Summit, Topaz, Columbus and Pacific Jade results in a subtle pine / lime profile - nice nose of the same. Another well made beer from The Kernel.

Centennial Chinook version... very pale straw beer with thin white head. Grapefruit aromas, flavour similar... fruity, light... quite watery and thin, although that’s to be expected... mild bitterness. Decent Low ABV beer.

330ml bottle. Thin white head, very light yellow body. Fresh citrus and fruity aroma. Flavour is subtle hops, low bitterness with medium citrus notes. Light acidic, grapefruit, light caramel sweetness soft carbonation and watery texture. Refreshing finish a little chalky. Excellent session beer, one of the best I’ve had.

Draft @ Kaapse Brouwers Rotterdam. Slightly hazy, pineapple juice color, lasting head. A: fruity, pineapple, lemon, citrus fruits, nettle. Great. T: very fruity, pineapple, citrus. Well balanced. Bitter ipa-like development. Bit watery. Aftertaste mildly fruity. Winner, considering abv. Maybe some more carbonation.
