Cask-conditioned at the South Wales Beeriodical, the Seven Stars, Bristol 5/11/2012. Golden with a slight white head. Aroma of citrus fruit with a touch of sweet malts. Flavour had some tangerines, biscuity malts leading to a decent, bitter finish. Good.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Light dry palate. Middle of the road gold. Well balanced pale malt, mild citrus hop. A little dry and flirting with insipidness.

Cask (gravity) @ 28th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2011, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England.

Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, fruity, light hoppy, apricot notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20111208]
