COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic amber-style lager created in Austria which falls within the family of "fest" beers. This lager has a slightly toasted, nutty malt taste, and very low bitterness.

Dark orange almost amber color. No head. Bland taste. Slightly nutty. Medium body. Earthy I guess. Had this poured from draft at Lucky Monk in Barrington.

Good vienna style lager, obviously I don’t agree with the description I call BS.

On tap at the brewpub, pours a light brown amber with a thin head and no lacing, the aroma has a little bit of caramel and malt but not a lot else, the flavor is sweet with a finish of malt, not bad by any means, just doesn’t stand out at all.

Has a slight roasted grain and light toffee sweet scent. Taste is a bit nutty, but tends to lean to a taste of copper. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours an amber brown with an off white head. Nose and taste are of fairly generic hops and malts. Nothing special, but certainly worth trying

From the tap at the Lucky Monk on 10/22. Great Malty aroma, expected dark brown color for a Vienna, and balanced herbal hops. No head on this one when it arrived. Went down well with a fairly clean finish along side the burger I had. Nothing special, but good enough.

Draft sample. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Light to moderate toasted sweet malt aroma. Light to medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Light to medium sweet flavor with a light to medium sweet finish of short to moderate duration. Drinkable soft brew.

Not a fan of this. Watery soapy flavor. Slightly toasted. A sort of muddled flavor. Maybe it just wasn’t fresh? Serving: Tap
