Ok. 10/8/9/8//8

(bottle) Hazy, deep amber to brown colour with a big and off-white foamy head. Yeasty, apricot-fruity aroma with a lactic touch, backed by caramel and mildly earthy dark malt. Mildly sour and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly earthy dark malty taste with fruity and slightly lactic notes, hints of caramel and shades of spicy hops in the background; dry-ish malty and mildly acidic finish with a mildly dark malty and fruity aftertaste. Fine, fine. 11.X.14

Brown yellow cloudy pour big head. Aroma minerals, apple juice. Tastes very appley, slight wheat, some salt, some bitter hops on finish. Tastes a bit like everything - jumbled.

Bottle from Star Grocery in Berkeley, CA. Pours hazy gold with a 1 finger foamy white head. Aroma is a sour that actually isn’t very appealing. Med minus body. Flavor is ripe stone fruits - like apricot/peach. There’s some lactic, but the flavor is much better than the initial aroma. And that’s the flavor - light stone fruit with mildly lactic sour, doing a minimal barnyard. Finishes that way. It’s actually quite nice.

Bottle shared thanks to Lukaduke! Pours hazy dark orange brown with small head. Nose is fruity apple, pear, some multi-grain, subtle tartness. Taste is bready grain and lightly acidic mixed fruit, apple, light grape. Finish is dry lightly spiced whole grain, bread, light lacto acidity.

Pours a hazy orange amber color with a finger of eggshell foam. Hints of lemon, vinous grape, caramel and nutty walnut. Nice clean flavor profile with some tart notes creeping into the round doughy malts towards the finish.

Bottle bought at the Vormann brewery. The beer pours out in a hazy dark brown colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of acid, peat and hops. Taste of mild acid, light voínegar, nuts, light barley, peat, torf and mild hops. Mild acid finish with hints of green nuts. Easy drinkable and special - enjoyed it.
