Bottle. Pours a clear deep orange with a gray head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a musty sour fruit note with some earthy grains and a bit of bread. Flavor is similar with a musty sour and earthy grains as well as a light leafiness.

Aroma: melanoidines, lemon acid, honey. Appearance: hazy amber color and thin white head. Taste:medium herbal bitterness, melanoidines, herbs, nice sourness, some weak honey notes, quite dry, iron note coming form German hops. Palate: low body and medium carbonation, sour finish. Overall: I have never tried any sour alt. Very interesting idea, just like a younger brother of adambier.

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours a hazy copper color with a small but well retained head.

The aroma is rich and malty with almost no lemony or lactic character whatsoever. This is not to say it’s bad, it’s lightly nutty with some nice roastiness and a mild sweet character.

The flavor is mostly malty again with the toastiness, mild sweetness, and light nutty character. It’s fairly clean but it is certainly tart. It has some nice fruity notes of pear, tart cherries, and some light lemon.

This beer is fine, it feels like the lactic acid bit is pretty well balanced, and I’m not sure much more sourness was needed here... but it seems like a beer that maybe doesn’t need any sourness at all?
but who the f am I?

Euro2-Flasche: Deep golden, cloudy, bigger and stable off-white head with a good lacework; mild sourish-fruity nose, backed by a delicate bready touch; a bit fizzy, sourish-bitter flavour, a mild sweetness is still detectable; mild fruity-sourish finish with - as expected - yeasty traces. Klobouk dolu! A well drinkable thirst-quencher…
