Muito boa esta cerva! Vale a degustação ! Forte, sabor marcante! O teor alcoólico poderia ser um pouco maior!

Restrained ginger aroma in a light yellow gold pour. Unusual/unique flavour profile with hints of ginger and juniper. Finish is surprisingly watery. Not really to my taste - but an interesting brew nonetheless.

Encorpada para uma Weiss, acredito que ficaria melhor em uma Ale. Bem ácida e com fortes notas herbais. Interessante.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale yellow colour. Modest white head. Spiceness, herbal notes, hints of caramel in the aroma. Caramel, hints of yeast at first. Slightly fruity and flowery in the middle. Sourness in the end. Rather light bodied, low carbonated, descent wheat beer.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Banana initially. Then it gets really weird. Stomatologic phenols, old leather, detergents, metal (most probably from the juniper), peaty iodine, again some detergents. Both the ginger and the juniper are there but they contribute to this weird travel through space, where I found myself first in a dentist’s office, then in a little, old military museum, then again in an old hospital that you wouldn’t want to end up in. One of the most unique beer experiences I’ve had so far. And while those different aroma notes might look not very enticing, in this precise combination they actually are pleasant. They tell a story of their own. I am impressed.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. Cloudy yellow-amber coloured with a very thin white head. It has a lemon, ginger and slight tart Brett flavour followed by a sweet herbal and spiced finish. Pretty good.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
50cl bottle. Cloudy golden pour with thick, frothy white head. Aromas of fruit, bread and spices. Taste is low on bitter, slightly sweet and watery-fresh. Medium carbonation, slick palate. Aftertaste is metallic with hint of acid and banana. Interesting but not very good stuff.

Cerveja de trigo um pouco frisante. Leve. Um pouco aguada. Boa mas nada especial

Pours a golden dark kind of foggy. The aroma is somewhat attractive; has hints of ginger, fruits and malt. The taste is a mix of malt, citric and sour. It?s well balanced but the sour ending didn?t work for me.
