500 ml bottle purchased at 7/11. Clear gold with a ton of yeast and spice particles floating in the brew. Aroma is quite interesting, juniper Berry, herbs and light yeast.

The body is lighter with a huge herbal finish. Lightly sweet with the yeast playing second fiddle to the spice. Slightly fried plantain flavor. Interesting is the only thing I can really say here.

500mL bottle shared by AirForceHops. Thanks, Chris! Pours pale gold with plenty of floaties. Aroma is heavy ginger, mild banana. Taste... Did you ever want a banana flavored ginger ale? Neither did I. Fail.

Poured from 500 ml bottle thanks Airforcehops. Color is dark gold with thin white head. Aromas of spice fruit and bananna. Taste is slightly tart with hints of ginger and clove and mild fruit.

Cloudy dark golden-ish color with a fine off white head. Wheat, yeast, banana and something that reminds me of medicine. Not very inviting. Medium body. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average carbonation. Wheat, yeast, herbal, mild banana and a bit sour. Not good at all.

0,5 l bottle from Vormann Brauerei (6.5% abv). Very cloudy, pale orange with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Nice aroma of banana and clove, some hints of rotten apples. Sourish taste of rotten apples, banana and clove. Short, sourish finish. Medium body, spritzy and at the same time slightly creamy texture, soft carbonation. Juniper and ginger have not been detected, but this is a very interesting brew. Like a wild hefeweizen, and way better than expected. Okay!

This is some weird stuff, but it’s pretty cool to drink a beer made from an old recpie. Nose is yeasty banana and some crackers, some pretty off putting notes aswell that I can’t identify. Flavour was pretty awful, sweaty farts basically. Don’t know if this was an infected bottle or not, but in was not good.

Bottle. Golden color. Grapes, earthy notes and juniper in the aroma. Fruity flavor with juniper and soft smoky notes. Hints of ginger, not really bothering. Thin. Feels ancient somehow. Lots of flavor and aroma, but off the beaten track.

Aroma is light caramel, spices and funk. The flavor is fruit, funk, malts and a sour/earthy finish. Not what I was expecting, interesting.

Poured from a tap. Clear copper color, extended carbonation built up to the top, medium white head. No aroma. Light body with a mild fruit flavor and a watery finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
