Aroma and taste of malt, booze, brown and burnt sugar, candy, spices, dark fruit. It is a complex beer (which gives the score) actually but the too much sugar and booziness make it very unbalanced, cloying and boring. Absolutely not pleasant to drink.
bleargh... this one is expensive too, please don’t waste your money.

Colour is brown and hazy. Has an off-white, mostly lasting. Aroma of roasted sugars. Flavor is heavy sweet to a start, finish light bitter and moderate sweet. Syrupy texture. Carbonation is soft.

2011 0.75 bottle, 11°, shared with other so not poured in the proper glass Dark yellow, slightly amber, with a bubbly off-white head, slightly hazed and fizzy look. Spicy nose, aroma of desiccated fruit, apricot, orange peel, spices, some yeast. Tastes is initially sweet malts with a lasting strawy bitter bite in the finish. Lots of alcohol here, it’s well hidden but it’s noticeable. Medium to full body, creamy to oliy palate, high carbonation, dry finish. Interesting, but way too strong for me.

Bottled 750ml. -from Vrutak, Zagreb. Vintage 2009. Dark amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, dried fruits and alcohol in the nose. Moderate malty, sweet dried fruits, notes of caramel and some spices with pretty strong alcohol presence. Also sweet alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Unclear dark amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, dried fruits, caramel and yeast. Flavour is malt, dried fruits, caramel, medium sweet, plume, hops, little toffee and a little bitter.

Clear dark amber color with fine head. Very sweet and nice flavor. Raisins and prunes. Somewhat a strange combination.
