28th October 2011 Bottle in Genoa, purchased from an Enoteca on the seafront promenade. Slightly hazy gold beer with a big frothy white head. The head is sugary sweet malt with citra sherbet! Nice! The beer is light and crisp. Sweet malt. Subtle pear and banana esters add depth. The finish is frothy and light. Has a champagne feel about it that elevates it a little from the crowd.

Bottle. [thanks ccskou]
Pours pale amber with a small, frothy, off-white head that quickly becomes a thin film. Aroma is citric, malty, caramel, light esters, mild vinious. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and light dry mouthfeel. Pleasant fruity flavour with good caramel. Softly vinious. Peach, Belgian sugar, light hay and grass with soft bitterness in the finish. Good beer.

Peaches, apricots, cellar character. White sugar, sourish edge. The elements do not blend very well, an unfulfilled beer.

750 ml bottle. Pale golden colour. Clear. Medium-sized white fine-laced head. Light citrusy aroma with notes of apricots. Strong alcohol presence. Intense sweetness, but also an intense bitterness, so it’s not too bad. Hints of wood. Cellar notes. High carbonation level. Papery. Bitterness that lingers.

Also a good deal of ripe fruits. Notes of yeast and spices. Some bittering hops for balance. Thick and juicy texture.
