On tap at PB, where it was called Dream of the 90s. This is my first coffee IPA. The idea did not initially grab me, but this turned out to be a fine brew. The aroma is juicy. The light coffee flavor blends nicely with the hops and a bit of lemon peel and Turkish coffee. Really good.

Pours a clear bright brown and orange. Citrusy with heavy coffee notes that blend perfectly with the beer

Draft atte brewery with Andrew and Brian. Pours a clear amber body with thick off white lacing. Aroma is nice soft coffee notes and light hop. Interesting, not sure it would work in the flavor - bib it does. Mouthfeel is perfect with notes of rich, coffee, sweet roast and juicy citrus hop.

Draft via growler. Murky, watered down coffee look. Huge coffee aroma. Coffee is way dominate, coffee beer. One sided

Moderate coffee in the aroma. Flavor adds some earthy bitterness and a bit of medium roast coffee. Interesting and well done.

Reddish hue to the pour; looks kinda like a scotch ale. Aroma is an in-your-face blast of coffee. Fresh, roasty coffee. How the hell is this possible? Close your eyes and plug your nose, then take a sip. Pure hoppy goodness with a hint of coffee beans in the back. Each is well rounded, but the full sensory experience is unique and remarkable. Creative as hell, and very well executed. Peekskill is rocking my world, can't wait til they distribute to NYC regularly!

On cask at Decicco’s in Brewster for their PB tap takeover event. Pours a clear orange brown amber medium white head. Soft coffee, toast and light hops on the nose. Medium bodied lots of coffee, smooth and creamy. Long quinine bitterness into the finish with some toasty lingering coffee. Nice stuff. A beer so good they should have put a bird on it!
