On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed gold with a small white head. Bright spicy citrus on the nose, a bit dank and dirty, loaded with earthy tropical fruit, subtle pineapple hiding in the background. Medium-bodied, a hit of sweet citrus over gentle malt. Brightens up significantly with a lovely tropical note. Incredibly smooth, gentle musky citrus into the finish where there’s a good amount of tropical overtones and beautiful bitterness. Ridiculously good, incredibly sessionable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma of floral and light citrusy hops, pale malts, and some dough. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. For the lightness, it’s very hoppy, but it still seems like it’s not perfectly balanced.

ticked at the source, one of the best ipas here. Tons of mango, pineapple, and pine flavors. Mosaic and citra work well together.

A total citra bomb like i like it. Tons of dank citrus with some weed, tropical fruits, light scalion, and orange. Tons of flavor and insanely drfinkable. Dry and refreshing as all get up.

UPDATED: APR 4, 2014 Great nose of sweet hops, and good flavor, just very light and doesn?t keep up with the nose. Very easy to drink pale ale. My favorite peekskill brew is by far and away the higher standard.

Draft at NYC Craft Beer Week Opening Bash. Pours golden orange with a white head. Fruity and piney hops, faint sweet malts, and a dank piney finish with only moderate bitterness. Juicy and delicious. So dope.

Tap @ Peekskill. Pours slightly hazy golden with white head. Aroma of fruity Mosaic hops primarily. Some cattiness and light diesel onions in there as well. Taste is citrusy hop-forward. Lots of grapefruit. Palate is medium with not too much carbonation. Finish is slightly sticky and bitter. Doesn’t linger too long. Another great pale ale. Runs pretty close with Amazeballs. Not sure I could choose between them. Maybe Amazeballs by a hair.

Draft at the growler NYC. Pours a hazy brown tan color with a large head that fades away. Taste is a smooth hoppy balanced flavor. Very good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft at Peekskill with max, Paul and jay. Pours a golden amber body with thin white lacing. Aroma is fresh citrus hop and light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium and nicely carbonated with notes of citrus and light pine. Straightforward but so fresh and so good.

Sample at Ginger Man NYC. Slightly hazy orange-gold color with a thin white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy hops, grapefruit and malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a lingering citrusy hops aftertaste. Pretty good all around.
