Draft. Pours lemon white. Full head. Pepper nose. Mild wheat and orange peel. Taste follows, with light Brett, some toasted grain, earthy hops. Not bad.

ticked at the source, the peppercorns are really interesting here in a normally overplayed beer. Nice spicy bite, quaffable.

On tap at Yeen-Yere Man. Now that I see the description here, my score may be unfairly low. The bar had this listed as a sour wheat ale with pink peppercorns and blood orange. I think Peekskill was having an event there, so it’s a shame my expectations clashed with what this was. I was expecting a spicy berliner, but got a solid bubble gum wheat with no sourness.

Cool beer but i had higher expectations by the description. Taste is very standard belgian wit with peppercorns, clove, coriander, and lemon. Taste isnt tart or funky really but has a light brightness of citrus and flowers on the finish that keep it from hoegarden territory. Nice beer but left wanting more.

Taster at the brewery. Pours a pale, hazy whitish yellow. Aroma is spicy and fragrant Brett, citrus zest, grassy hops, flowers, so appealing. Taste is light graininess and biscuity malt, orange, lime, Brett. Fruity, but very dry. So refreshing. Love this.

A: Very Hazy Golden Straw Hue, Passes Some Light, White Head Ring, Great Lacing S: Oranges, Brett T: Lemons, Brett, Mild White Pepper, Mild Yeast M: Great Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Mildly Yeast Overall, the description sounded great with Fresh Oranges, Brett, and Pink Peppercorn but this seemed like a mild version of the flavors, including the brett.

Hazy yellow body, medium to thin white head, spotty lacing. Orange, lemon, pepper, crackery malts, light must. Medium to light bodied, light carbonation, delicate finish.

Draught at barcade. Pours hazy light yellow with a little head and lasting lace. Aroma is fresh piquant citrus dry cracker, and a touch of funk. Flavor is similar lightly sweet and bitter with a pepper yeasty end. Feel is cooling, watery and modest carbonation. Quite good and refreshing.

Tap at Alewife - nice balance between the grainy, spicy wheat and funky brett. Bright citrus flavor, a touch of bile. Pretty well balanced all around.

Draft. Clear yellow with white head. Wheat with citrus and spice aromas. Wheat and other flavors come across strong,
