Our tribute to Willie...Shotgun Willie IPA’s aromas of cantaloupe and gooseberry come directly from New Zealand’s Nelson Sauvin Hops. Rye and wheat contribute to a distinct dry grain flavor. Pouring pale straw in color with full hop character, this is unlike any IPA you’ve had before.

Super fresh growler shared by Frank at his tasting in Manayunk. Pours slightly hazed golden color with thin white head and alright lacing. Notes are delicious and aromatic Nelson, fuck yeah. Other notes of tangerine, melon, resin, and fruity wheat. Med body. The nelson was perfectly balanced by the malt bill. Wow, Peekskill ipas are on the radar.

Growler straight from the source. Gorgeous bright orange pour, fluffy head. Nose and flavor are stunning, with gigantic papaya, white pear, apricot, clean bitterness that isn’t overly ascerbic, nice complementary grain character that is lean but provides a touch of spicy backbone. Quaffable and delicious.

Nice tropical Nelson aroma with a bit of rye backing the flavor. Faint spice and moderate bitterness.
