On tap at the brewery. Pours a faintly hazed amber with a medium-bodied white head. Smells like brewing, oatmeal and warm mash smells with a nice noble hop background. Medium-bodied, gently hoppy over some graininess. Very subtle sourness, a vague touch of acid. Lingering noble hops into the finish, gentle bitterness. Beautiful.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a thin white head. Aroma of Brett, candi sugar, citrus, hay, diaper. Flavor of tart malt, Brett , light fruits, strawberry, bready malt with a tart finish. A bit more sour/tart than I expected from the description but overall fairly mild and quite drinkable. Lightly hoppy but more bretty than hoppy. 7/4/8/4/14 (3.7/5)

Tap pour @ Mission Dolores. Matte lemon orange in glass. Funky nose of lemon and apricots, mild Brett and french bread. Great, round flavors. Lager structure, but so much more. Excellently balanced Brett. Fruity malts. Earthy, lemon hops. Great execution. Sessionable.

draft, grassy and not much else, this had a lot of hope, no brett really, maybe let it sit for a while, could really develop into something however.

Draft at blind tiger with max and Andy. Pours a deep amber with light haze and thin white lacing. Aroma is sweet, sweaty funk and spice. Light grain on the nose. Mouthfeel is medium with notes of funky grass notes and nice sour wheat. Reminiscient of Stillwater’s Premium.

callmemickey (2571) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 3, 2013
Pale straw-orange body, medium to thin white head, soapy lacing. Light floral and grassy notes as well as a bit more farmy hay character from the brett. Some light citrus and soft cereal malts. Medium to light bodied, smooth carbonation, refreshing. Super-drinkable, yet still flavorful.
