330ml bottle pours a hazy pale amber color with a 2 finger white head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus with caramel and earthy notes. Taste is citrus and earthy hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. A decent blonde ale that is recommended.

UPDATED: SEP 29, 2012 Bottle, 33 cl. Cloudy goLden with a stable small white head. Yeasty aroma, fruity, sweetish, some wheat, bread, medium bitter finish, an unami smoked touch, much better than the "American" blonde.

Keg at the Craft. Light haze on this gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is smooth and semi soft with mild fine carbonation. A little sweet grain is balanced by nice citrus hops - lemon and tangerine. Slightly tangy. Trace of honey. Finishes soft but with a carbonated bite. All right.

On tap at CBC, London. It pours cloudy yellow, smooth white head. Mild yeasty and hoppy aroma. Also quite some dry malts. Flavor is malty , yeasty, bitter spicy belgian notes, yellow fruity notes. Honestly not that good to me..

Golden and haxy with yeast sediment suspended. Active carbonation visible. A nose of yeast, malrs, and softer hops. The flavor is bready with hops that pounce as soon as the yeast settles in. Malts that are prominent in the nose are less so in the flavor. Fruit comes in late and is citrus. Grass grows and seems to take over the flavor with sourness right behind. Herbal notes are behind that. I do like beers that change with temperature and this one does just that. Not a great beer but a fun one.

Bottled (thanks Kimi!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, glue, mild alcohol, some fruityness and stuff. Flavour is fruity, glueish, some malts and mild alcohol. Not very nice at all. And actually due to the alcohol tastes I would guess this is a Belgian Tripel of about 9-10 %. Sorry, but no.
