Bottle from Belmont Station. Pours hazy dark gold with a white head. Aroma seems to be light pitted fruit with noble hop. Near med body. Flavor makes me think of earthy pilsner. Not a lot of yeast/spice here. There’s something like bubblegum floating around. Bursts of sweetness. But for me it could be labeled saison and I’d probably go with that. Earth and fruit.

Draft at Max’s on Broadway. Pours golden with half an inch of white foam. Not much on the nose. A bit dry on the tongue with some funky hop notes. Feels a tad bit like a Saison. Finishes clean. Solid beer for a hot day.

28-JUL-2012, bottle @home, from Ølbutikken. Orange with lively off-white head that resides quickly. Yeasty fruity aroma with banana and peach. Taste the same with a lot of spices as well. Finish is spicy and bitter. High carbonation, too high, medium body. OK blonde.

Lukaduke (2045) - Portland, Maine, USA - JUL 26, 2012
Pours a golden amber color with a two finger head that quickly disappears. On the nose its got a touch of Belgian yeast with touches of citrus and sweet candied notes. On the palate its got a nice rustic yeasty approach to balance out the sweet malts by midpalate. In the finish you get some earthy spice, bit of tangerine and a bit of grassy bitterness lingers with some herbal notes.

Bottle sample at a tasting at kerenmk’s place. Thanks avrashi. Hazy deep golden with a white head. Grainy-fruity aroma with a bit of husky hints and yeasty notes. Sweetish flavor with a bit of malt, light graininess, some fruits, yeasty hints and a dry finish. Medium-bodied.

Sample at the Pints For Pelotonia charity tasting on 07/21/12: Pours a hazy golden color with a medium white head that burns away steadily. Spotty lacing. The aroma consists of toasted malt, yeast and hops. Light to medium body with flavors of bready malt, fruit and grassy hops. The finish is sweet with a malt and yeast aftertaste. Decent overall.

330. Pours a cloudy toffeeish medium amber with a dense and creamy white head. Skunky herbal nose. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Toffee, caramel, skunk, and white pepper on the mid palate. Not the best spicy blonde saison-ish beer, but drinkable enough.
