Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, grass, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, fruity. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, spices, and fruits, leading to a dry finish.

33 cl bottle, courtesy of my wife. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild frui and yeasty, estery to light phenolic. Bitter, grassy and phenolic dry. Bitter and phenolic dry finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Fruity nose with loads of Belgian yeast. Medium body, fruity, yeasty, and rather hoppy - bordering astringent. But in general fairly bland. 030812

Bottled (thanks Kimi!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, glue, mild alcohol, some fruityness and stuff. Flavour is fruity, glueish, some malts and mild alcohol. Not very nice at all. And actually due to the alcohol tastes I would guess this is a Belgian Tripel of about 9-10 %. Sorry, but no.

Fruity aroma of hops, grass and soap.
Fruity flavour of spices, brett and hops with notes of flowers.
Hoppy finish.

Bottle @ Odense Tasting, July 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a white head and sediments. Yeasty and fruity nose. Melon and tropical fruit. Dry and ok tasty. Slightly peppery.

Cloudy blond color, with generous creamy head. The aroma is a bit sweet, fruity and spicy, yet simple. The malt flavor is quite good, it’s spicy, a bit yeasty and fruity; it seems stronger than actually it is, good body; the bitterness is quite high.
Very decent Belgian Ale.

Bottle @ Summer Gathering, Ulfborg. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt and hops. Nice and smooth.
