Bottle... This beer rocks!… Pours mostly clear and burnt-orange with a small, creamy, off-white head. The nose is a collection of red grapes, must, funk and a hint of caramel. Medium to full-bodied with jazzy carbonation. The flavor is sour with afterthoughts of roastiness and caramel. Tart, tangy, lightly dry finish. Kudos to landhoney for popping the top off this world-class brew!

Deilig.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 14.04.15. Clear, pale copper. Diminishing, pale brown head. Aroma of sour berries. Similarly sour taste of fermented berries, but also malt. Dry mouthfeel.

Shared 750 ml bottle at local tasting. Ruby colour, small off-white head. Sourish aroma, sharp notes of brettanomyces / farmhouse, red wine vinegar and oak. Dry and sour flavour, brett galore, vinegar and lemons.

Shared bottle at RBHD tasting. From my Secret Santa. Pours clear dark reddish with a tiny white head. Aroma of light sour berries, wood and earth. Taste is weak tarty berries, refreshing and easy drinkable. Good bodied for a 4% beer. Dry tarty fionish.

Tasted on 2/27/15 from a capped 750mL bottle from the first year membership. Pours cloudy brown with a thin beige head that leaves a very thin collar. The nose is very sour, a touch of balsamic, some nutty oak, and light vanilla. The flavor is more lemon, along with light nutty malt, some vanilla oak, and a touch of earth adding complexity. The body is medium with some sticky tannin, average carbonation and a long very sour, nice oak finish.

Rare Barrel tasting @ Malt Attacks, Brussels, thanks Pierre for sharing the bottles.
