Pours a deep gold color with a nice white head. Good hit of strawberry up front, nice lactic sourness. Nothing crazy sour, but tasty. The oak is mild but offers up some nice hints of vanilla. Good beer.

Waxed up 750. Fun beer. Kind of waxy jam, can’t tell its strawberry. Very fruit pit aroma. Flavor is just slightly tart, heavy body with jammy essence. Light tart aftertaste.

Bottle shared by alexsdad06. Poured a clear copper color with an average frothy off-white head with very good lacing. Moderate to heavy berry fruit and sour yeast aroma. Medium to full body and a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy sour & fruit flavor with a medium to heavy sweet & sour finish of moderate to long duration. This is a solid complex beer.

Bottle. Amber pour with a white head. Mild strawberry bouquet. Big strawberry notes with mild oak and caramel malt backbeats. Good body and mouthfeel.

750 ml bottle shared with the group. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have a nice strawberry tart character, acidity, this is crazy drinkable, would work with sour heads and new sour drinkers alike.

22oz bottle, waxed. Big thanks to alexsdad06 for sharing. Hazy kinda darker orange color. Minimal white head. Some white particles in the body. Super-awesome huge strawberry aroma up front, and through the body. Love it. Touch of creme. Bigger sour taste, but not acetic. Light sweet. Lighter carbonation. Sort of dry finish. A fantastic strawberry sour ale. Love it.

750 ml bottle to snifter (shared by alexsdad06). Looks good; a hazy amberish caramel with bubbly off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells good too; tart with a great strawberry presence. A bit of oak as well. Tastes like it smells with a pleasantly tart strawberry mouthfeel that’s medium-bodied. Good stuff!

Rare Barrel tasting @ Malt Attacks, Brussels, thanks Pierre for sharing the bottles.
