Two years later Iím finally getting to my first beer. Nose is like a peach cobbler. Light vanilla and cream. Really like a peach pie just decadent. After two years the sourness is great and not overpowering. Probably one of the best sours I have had!

Cloudy yellow pour with a slight white head. Big vanilla nose, with an underlying citrus tartness. Cool flavors here. Juicy fruit, citrus moves to stone fruit with some nice character from the spices. Fun beer.

Recieved a bottle in a trade. Shared with a friend. The recipe sounds really surprising! Poured a clear golden colour with a white head. Still a lot of cinamon jumps in your nose, sweet peach juice, green apples, oak, vanilla, vanilla ice Cream, still lotís of cinamon, peache juice is a bit on the back wich is Nice, cobbler, horseblanket, Nice tart, first i was a bit sceptic about the recipe. But boy this turns out Great! What a Unique combination. These flavours work perfect with eachother! Very good brew!

Hazy orange pour, light head. What a cool beer. The beer really does have hints of a tart peach cobbler. But the sourness and yeasty goodness dominate the cobbler aspects. So good.

Tasted on 2/6/15 from a waxed and capped 750mL bottle that I got from the first year membership. Pours hazy light orange with an average white head that slowly disappears. The nose is nicely tart lemon peel, a touch of oak richness, light peach, and cinnamon. The flavor is the same sour peach and citrus acidity held in check by vanilla and cinnamon. The body is medium with average carbonation, nice tannin, and a long rich oak and sour finish.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours a cloudy orang with small off white head. The aroma is peaches, oak, and vanilla. Thin mouth, tart peach, vanilla in the finish. Very nice

Sour, acidic; light cinnamon, and vanilla. Mostly clear, golden yellow, creamy white head. Swee, sour, lightly acidic, mild peach flavor, some vanilla, light spice, yummy.!

Bottle... Pours cloudy and bright yellow with a tiny, white, creamy head. The aroma is a medley of fruity notes, damp wood, cinnamon and citric acidity. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with a scant trace of carbonation. The flavor is bright, fruity and tart with a suggestion of vanilla. Very nice. Bottle courtesy of 50belair!

Bottle thanks to A. Hazy yellow gold pour, no head. Aroma is crazy - like peach cobbler meets gingerbread meets lemony tartness. Medium body, slick texture. Pretty fun, bizarre beer.

Bottle pours yellow low head. Aroma is light cinnamon, light brett funk and tart, very light peach. Taste is soft tart, cinnamon and vanilla, warming allows the peach to come out, solid
