Tap. Pours hazy reddish chestnut, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma us tart cherry, oak tannin. Flavor is medium sweet, medium tart, cherries, oak, nutty, a bit of finishing funk.

Tap at Brewery...Pour is dark amber with no head..Nose is dry, plum, grape, floral, yogurt..Taste is wet oak, plums and grapes smashed together, funk, berries, stale fruits..very odd

On draft at the brewery. It pours a reddish amber color with an off white head. The aroma is red grapes with some balsamic. The flavor is the same with a very harsh, vinegar finish. Not horrible, just not very pleasant. A good example of why blending is so important with sours.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a copper color with an off white head. Muted aroma, bruised apples, floral. Applesauce flavor with a touch of raspberry tang, cider, yogurt, citric acid. Slight diacetyl.

Red clear not much white foam. a little wet thin and slightly acetic fruity berries light tang. Soft finish. No off flavors.
