"SKUs me, is there any room on this shelf for another new brewery? There is? Great!!" SKUs Me, which is our very first blend, was fermented with Brettanomyces yeast and Lactobacillus bacteria and aged in oak barrels. This moderately tart golden sour beer has notes of lemon zest and hay.

Bottle shared thanks to JBPortland ! Pours a medium golden color with a finger plus of white suds. Lots of lemon funk, lacto buzz and nuances of lime, cheese and a hint of nectarine as well. Soft background grain adds a nice layer of softness to the bright sour palate. Some lingering vanilla and a touch of acid burn late in the finish.

750ml bottle thanks to bytemesis! Pours clear pale gold with a smallish head and light haze. Nose is soft rounded lemon and bretty hay, some light funk, touch acetic. Taste is simple but well done, some cheesy brett funk, musty lemon, dry wood, acidic, still a hint acetic. Finishes dry, lemony, yogurt, lacto, some oaky vanilla, citrus, light brett.

Golden pour with a white head. The aroma is full of wheat and biscuit malt with some light orange citrus and light tartness thrown in. The flavor is less subtle with some nice tart orange and lemon character, a big of biscuit malt, some yeast character and a light splash of oak. M Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Rare Barrel tasting @ Malt Attacks, Brussels, thanks Pierre for sharing the bottles. 75cl.
