Tap at Apex. A: Clear gold with a firm white head. N: Ginger, lemon, lime, grapefruit rind, oak, "7up", a little salt, and margarita sweet and sour. T: Quite sour, citrusy, lightly sweet and clean. M: Lighty body, crisp carbonation, no alcohol burn. O: I was very impressed by this one. It’s similar in concept to Cascade’s Honey Ginger Lime, only the execution is much better. I would love to have this again.

Taste this one in the back of your throat...a declicious burn from the sour and the ginger. This is the manly sour you’ve all been looking for.

Bottle at De Garde. Pours a bright yellow color with a medium white head. A big fruity nose, funky, oak. Lots of citrus elements that are really ginger. The flavor is an oaky sour base with robust ginger, something seemed smoky to me almost. Quite interesting.

From growler at Capitol Beer & tap Room. Pours clear Bud light gold with a modest white head and a marvelous sour fruit and ginger aroma. There is a sour fruit flavor with a tart finish and a pleasant ginger aftertaste. Beautifully crafted.

Bottle shared by Jeff. Clever name. Big lemon radler character, with the carbonation and lemon. Some sour lemon, ginger, and a dry finish. Hazy yellow. Good.

[ Bottle ][ 75cl ][ Sage ][ Tasting ][ Tasting Globe ][ 1.24.15 ]
>> Thank you Sage for the share. Rare Barrel Sourtooth Tiger. Pours hazy straw with weak foam. Nose is sharp lemongrass, lemon zest, ginger root. Taste is salty, huge pickled ginger, lemongrass, high lemon citric, sort of a one note palate cleanser. Refreshing, adjunct assertive. Nice, but only a small sample could be enjoyed, more than that to me sounds a bit sickening.
