3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
On draft at the brewery. It pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma has some mild notes of peaches, white vinegar, saltines and graham crackers. The flavor is mild with light peaches and a bigger lemony vinegar finish. Light crackery malts. Not bad.

Fruity soft edges citrus and apricot. Creamy spritzy. Obvious farmhouse aromas dust and mold in a good way. Just off dry and balanced acidity. Wow. A whole lot of everything right.

On tap @ The Rare Barrel. Golden orange pour with a white head. Decent peach on the nose. Some white grape, grass, oak, and citrus zest. Moderate tartness of vinegar. Flavor is acetic and sour. Sweet canned peach, white grape, and citrus. Decent oak and a light straw character.

3.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Slightly hazy yellow in color... Aroma is slightly tart, not much on nose... Flair is the most mild of their single barrel releases, citrus tartness throughout with hints of peach... Definitely the most sessionable of their sours... Solid, nice change of pace

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at the Rare Barrel tasting room. Pours a pale gold. Heavy on the vinegar notes. Light presence of canned peaches in syrup. The peaches don’t add much and can’t hold a candle to the power of vinegar.
