Grab your glowsticks and rave your balls off with us in celebration of the upcoming nuptials of our good friends James Wager and Veronica Bartges! The recipe for this White IPA was developed by raverjames himself and brewed with copious amounts of fresh citrus peel zested by Veronica & Company. Yep.

Pours a clear copper color with a white bubbly head. Lots of spice on the nose, coriander, quite piney hoppiness as well, maybe some mango and citrus fruits. Taste isn’t super hoppy, but is very citrusy, there’s a little malty breadiness, coriander, and some lemon as well. Surprisingly easy drinking for a nearly 8% ipa, pretty tasty too.

Poured from the bottle. Color is a light golden with a white head. Aroma was orange, generally fruity and spicy. Flavor is just a hint of bitterness with quite a bit of spice. Mouthfeel is light despite the alcohol level. I like this one.

22 ounce bottle poured a pale yellow color with aromas of light hops, banana, light wheat and some bitterness. Flavors are the same light on the palate, citrus and banana flavors, solid beer.

22 ounce bottle at Queen Street Grocery. Wit flavors. Malty. Slightly hoppy though it had an April 16 bottling date. Some lemon.

Bomber. Poured a slightly hazy pale gold with a medium-sized white head. Aroma was lots of orange and lemon zest, some coriander and spice, fruity notes, mild wheat/yeast. Flavor is moderately bitter, lots of spice, moderate wheat, banana. Some mango and tropical fruit. Light mouthfeel despite the alcohol level. Quite good.

UPDATED: JUL 30, 2013 pours a hazy gold. Spicy in the front wheat in the back. Citrus. I don’t really get the IPA part. seemed to be more straight wheat.
