COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unfiltered wheat beer with hints of cloves and bananas in the nose. A creamy, fluffy mouthfeel makes this the ultimate summer beer.

On tap at the brewpub. Cloudy, light golden-yellow with a drone, near white head and very good lacing. Aroma of wheat, lemon, coriander, light yeast and only a bare hint of banana. Taste of citrus, coriander, wheat, mild cloves, light fruit and yeast. Medium/light body and medium carbonation with a classic hefe mouthfeel. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is classified here as a german hefeweizen, but the spicy and herbal notes really remind me more of a saison. Herb/spice and wheat on nose, banana/clove, very drinkable.

Banana aroma with subtle bread notes. Cloudy amber, medium head. More bready, fewer banana esters on the palate. Yeasty

From a growler shared by ygtbsm94. Thanks man! Poured a hazy light orange color with a small white head. Some spice notes, straw malts. Slightly sweet finish. Not too bad.

Thanks, Brad! Dry with a wheat backbone. Some light herbal character and faint spice. Interesting but I’m not a huge fan.
