Pour on tap at their location in Highlands Ranch, CO, red pour with thin white head, aroma had some mineral notes, touch of biscuit, spice and earthy tones, slight grass. Taste was slightly herbal and floral, some herbal notes, touch of sweet caramel and some earth, finishing fairly sweet.

Reddish amber pour. Nose is of a good deal of caramel, rather sweet. Light to minimal hop presence. Sweet caramel flavors, pretty malty, thin watery body sweetness is pretty much all that is up with this beer. Meh.

9/29/08 On draught at The Rock, Covington, Wa. Aroma is spicy grainy malt dominant and somewhat light. Appearance is hazy gold with a well maintained white head and very good lacing. Flavor is sweet sour malt forward with a light banana character and medium carb bite. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with a medium grainy carb bite. Overall, simple and refreshing, but not worth more than one.

Pours an amber color with a small white head on top that dissipates quickly. Mostly a malty aroma with caramel coming through and hints of hops. Flavor is caramel with nutty undertones and grassy hops. Very light on the palate and fairly easy to drink.
