Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom’s place. Hazy brownish-orange with small off-white head. The aroma is nutty with some graininess, date honey and a bit yeasty. Very sweet flavor, yeasty, a bit metallic, nutty, notes of caramel and cooked vegetables, a bit watery. Lively carbonation, medium-bodied. Dull.

Bottle sample, thanks rayaron. Hazy amber with a huge head. Smell of yeast, vegetables and cardboard. Sweet and cloying, flavors of yeast, cooked vegetables, fruits and alcohol. Not pleasant.

Bottle. Murky amber with a quick dissolving soapy white head. Cooked yam, cinnamon and soap and a little apricot candy aroma. Tastes sweet, muddy, a little vegetal and soapy, overly carbonated, medium-bodied and cooked root vegetables finish.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2015 Re-rate 1/15: Bottle. New batch brewed at Mivshelet Ha’Am. Cloudy amber. Aroma of caramel, fruit esters and yeast. Yeasty flavor, just slightly sweetish, with a sourish note, fruity esters, caramel, phenolic spiciness, a honey-ish touch and an alcoholic touch. Medium-bodied, lively carbonation. Not great, but so much better than the batches brewed at Mosco. 5/3/4/3/9=2.4

Bottle. Muddy brownish orange with a quickly-dissipating soapy white head. Spicy aroma, very yeasty, a bit soapy, with a bit of honey, overripe fruits, phenols and some acetone. Really yeasty flavor, spicy, harsh, sourish, bitterish and slightly sweetish, with some graininess, a bit of honey, quite a bit of acetone and a harsh bitter yeasty finish. Medium-bodied, somewhat fizzy. Unpleasant, kinda like a bad homebrew. Seems like an infection is growing in there... 4/2/3/2/5=1.6
