Pouring at Belgian Beer Fest. Pours a hazed amber with a thin white head. Caramel and wheat, musk and yeast. Chewy caramel, grain and long musk. Comes across as more in line with what I associated with a biere de garde than a saison. Toast, long dry musk, wheat, musk. Yeast on the finish. Nice.
