COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the style of traditional farmhouse ales from the French speaking portion of Belgium. Fermentation occurs at a scorching 87 degrees (20 degrees higher than most ales) allowing the yeast to impart complex, spice-like flavors and aromas. Not a single spice is added to this brew; it’s all about fermentation

22oz bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a white head. Easy drinking and refreshing though not alot of character. More on the sweet side would have preferred more spiciness but not bad overall.

Pours gold into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to skim surface. Sweet yeast and tropical fruit aromas. Medium bodied and well balanced with caramel, tropical fruit and yeast in nice proportion, but leaning a little on the sweet side.

Bottle from Julios. Poured into a stem glass. A light cloudy amber with a frothy light tan head. Light fruity yeast aromas and flavors. Interesting yeast profile. Champagne like fruitiness. Very crisp and refreshing. Bittering dry spicy finish.
