COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hold onto your hats, or even better - your lips! This bitter beer is for "hop-heads" only. Ripe with floral and citrus notes, our new "india pale ale" is so packed with Centennial and Chinook hops it should be green (the color of hops). Itís also unfiltered and dry-hopped. Are you up to the challenge? 12.7 degrees Plato, 50 IBU

Bottle in Antwerp. Shared it with a friend. The smell alone already says that this is a very hopy beer. And the taste is extreme hop bitter. If you do not like bitter beers do not try this one. This is the most bitter beer i tasted so far. Increadibale

Bottle at the RBWG 2014 grand tasting, thanks! Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. ARoma has a bit of grassiness with light pine and a light grain backing. Flavor has more resinous pine with light grains and a hint of grass.

Sampled at rbwg. Clear and goldn. A blotchy white head. Dry hops are tasyed and are nice. Citrus with pine. So clean. Dryness. Quite tasty.

Taster at RBWG 2014 grand tasting - thanks to the person who shared this! Clear orange yellow color. Thin white head. Dots of lace. Good orange citrus aroma, nice pine, light biscuity caramel malt. Holy cow, this is only 5%? Very good aroma for the very light ABV. Light to medium body. Very smooth, lighter carbonation, more dry finish. Moderate sweet, light bitter taste. A solid, quasi session IPA.

UPDATED: JAN 2, 2014 Hopped up and bready, a lot like a Fat Tire mutated into a bold IPA. The aroma and flavors are fairly unique amongst the mass of craft India Pale Ales.

Draft @ The Tap. Nose is mostly pine and floral hops. Flavor has lots of bitter resinous hops without much malt balance. Leafy green hops and more pine cone. Whoa, for me itís really on the harsh side. Lighter body doesnít make it any easier to drink. More malt for balance would really help this recipe.

Not a bad IPA. Fresh, grassy, with some citrus bite. Caramel backbone, medium bodied.
