Off gas pour, this beer appeared a very light gold with a temporary white head. Aromas came through of fragrant lemon and clover honey. It smelt clean, but not of lemon toilet cleaner. Upon tasting there was a rush of prickly carbonation before tangy citrus and candy sugar can through. It’s a sweety, but not too sweet. It isn’t necessarily my sort of beer, but is tasty enough and should sell well.
