Honey colored pour with plenty of white head that fades quickly. Aroma of stale citrus and yeasty notes. Flavor is tart and very citrusy, lemongrass, melon, and funky yeast. Quite delicious and refreshing.

Bottle to glass. Finally got to try this through trade. I saw the label and thought it looked cool so I seeked it out. Pours mildly hazy gold and a small off white head. Aromas of lemon, hay/straw, herbal, and other tart citrus. Taste of straw, citrus, funk, tart. Not a bad beer, just nothing exciting. Typical sour beer, but didn’t have that wow factor.

Tastes quite tart up front with a fruity middle and some spice in the end. A bit laid back for a sour, but a fleeting note of funk peaks through at the very end.

What the Funk, Denver, October 2014. Bottle. Pours a touch hazy orange appearance with a khaki head. Lemon, grass, and straw herbal notes to go with some tropical fruits. Light pineapple, pear, and pepper. Fairly tart. I wasn’t too impressed with this one.

From bottle at What the Funk?!? - GABF 2014. Pour is golden orange with a big white head and good lacing. Biscuity, musty, honey, some lemon, grass, fruit skins, and cider vinegar in the aroma. Taste is green apples, pears, doughy, a touch of biscuit, basil, white pepper, and coriander with a semi-spicy finish. Medium body with crisp carbonation. Pretty easy drinking.

Bottle thanks to soonerchamps. Hazy gold pour with a huge frothy head that fades slowly to a ring. Aromas are brett, apple cider vinegar, and citrus peel. Tastes super acidic and vinegar-y. Light sourness, apples, flowers, and lemon. Not really my kinda sour but not bad at all.

Bottle from OK bud. Poured clear pumpkin orange with excessive white head. Aroma faint with sour apple vinegar. Med carb and bod. Taste high in iron not good.

Pours a dark golden color, light white head that dissipates quickly. Minimal sour/funk on the nose, almost reminiscent of a triple with some Brett. Pleasantly sour, hints of stone fruit and citrus with a lingering finish with cereal grains comes through.

Color is orange white head fine foam good clarity. Lightly sour. Berry fruit tones. Nectarine. Lemons. Leather and earthy aromas. Very creamy feel despite acidity. Detectable malt spine with softened bones. Acid sharpness. Smells like chiMay yeast! Little in the way of minerality.

Pours a hazy orange golden color with a finger of foam. Nose is a strange mix of shredded wheat, dusty hay, unripe stonefruit and cheerios. Palate has a lot more fruit, some tart lemon yogurt, almost berliner like with a solid wheat profile and layers of barnyard and stonefruit. Lingering graininess.
