Honey colored pour with plenty of white head that fades quickly. Aroma of stale citrus and yeasty notes. Flavor is tart and very citrusy, lemongrass, melon, and funky yeast. Quite delicious and refreshing.

This poured a hazy golden color with a white head. Aroma was of wheaty grain, and grass. Flavor was.lightly tart, but lactic.more that rustic. Pretty. Dry.

Dumpf säuerlicher Antrunk mit deutlicher Karbonisierung. Die Säuerlichkeit bleibt konstant und wirkt etwas künstlich, geringe Fruchtigkeit. Ok. 9/9/8/8/9/9

Bottle. I always manage to pick gushers for the my train ride, but this time I also brought a dish cloth. Hazy yellow orange with a medium sized off white head. Highly effervescent, looks inviting. Flavour has fruit (apricot, peach, cherries), wood, dough, light musty. Medium body, medium sweet and light sour. Medium/high carbonation that feels soft and fluffy. Drinks well. Det sgu gonnok.

Bottle. Slightly unclear darker orange in color with a whitish head. Tart, light funkyness, some lemon and bit of summer meadow in aroma. Also some bready malts are there. Feels quite juicy. Sour fruityness, some grainy notes and little bit of funkyness in taste. Lemony, almost tropical fruity here with a slightly malty aftertaste.

Bottle bought @ bierkompass.de. Pours hazy vibrant orange with a big frothy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some soapy trace and lacing on the lass. Smell is sour, fruity and funky with crackers, pink grapefruit, pineapple, lychee, hay, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly sour, fruity and tiny funky with crackers, pink grapefruit juice, pineapple, star fruit, soursop, hay, minerals, barnyard, lemon zest and hints of powdered sugar. mouthfeel is crisp, slightly sparking, slightly dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, pineapple, mango, star fruit, soursop, hay, dry soil, minerals, barnyard and lemon zest. Solid easily forgettable fruity sour ale.

courtesy of Toni Flükiger - hazy golden beer with a poor head retention; aroma of citrus and green apple; quite full-bodied, subtle yet fair carbonation; fairly sourish yet not really tasty; quite dry and long acidic fruity finish

Bottle at home - shared with Mette. Clear amber - white head. Wooden, nice sourness, high dryness, fruity, dried abricot - artficial marzipan, lacto, mellow bretty, orange, light tobacco like notes, tart funk, pepper, salmiac like notes, rose hip (apparently).... Lovely.

Bottle from unknown. Pours a pale, clear golden, little to no off-white head. Aroma is vinous, raspberries, some oaky notes as well. Body really nice, delicate with a dry tartness. Finish a little sweet, golden raspberries, some Brett. Surprised the ratings aren’t better.

Thanks joet for taste poured from a bomber on the bus at the BeerCraft 2nd Anniversary Party in August (based on notes): pit fruity, plum skin, ends in cereal grain sweetness.
