albertane (300), Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England Jun 29, 2008 Cask at the Peacock, Nottingham. This is a copper coloured bitter with a very thin, watery consistency. Both the aroma and flavour are dominated by bready, grainy malt without much bitterness. I found it rather boring.
Lubiere (3324), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Sep 2, 2008 A golden amber ale with a thick off white head. A pleasant caramel malt aroma. In mouth, a light bodied ale with nice British hops, however, lacks in body and malt. Light resinous hops do come out later. On tap at JD Wetherspoon, Heathrow, Mid Nov. 2006. 2.69 pounds. azlondon (499), Greater London, England Aug 8, 2008 Cask@GBBF.
