This brew doesn’t have a very strong aroma. It has a ruby color, the head isn’t strong, but does cling to the glass. It has a slight bitterness to it and a decent taste, but not overly favorable.

Very true to type English bitter. Lovely amber, full malty body.
Pleasant, but in no way challenging or innovative. But all beers should not aspire to that.

0.5L bottle picked up @Ølhandleriet, Mathallen, Oslo. A finger of foamy ashy blond head, atop a deep amber colored body with good clarity. Modest aroma of nutty, light caramelly and biscuity malts. Fine fruity hop tones. Light to medium body. Lively in the mouth. Semi-dry, peppery caramel malty flavor. Firm fruity and earthy bitterness. Moreish, and one of the better bottled bitters I’ve had.

Slightly hazy copper, decent beige head. Smells...English. Caramel. a bit earthy and stale hops. Flavor is pretty much the same, but the is a nice crispness in the finish.

Bottel. Pours dark orangey red and brown with a small creamy head. Aromas of raisin, brown sugar, fig, prune. Flavor is some lightly sweet malt, watery raisin, and prune. Thin. Ok. [1118]

Amber red, big beige head. Smells of citrus hops, bread and malts. Moderate sweet, bread, quite crisp. Moderate to medium bitter, earthy and citrussy. Very pleseant and drinkable bitter
