COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
It is a typical Victorian Pale Ale with an auburn-yellow colour and a persistent froth. Full-bodied distinguished by the fruity scent of its superior fermented yeast. As tradition has it the Theresianer Pale Ale is well balanced and ideal with fresh and persistent flavours.

330 ml bottle. Golden body with a small white head. Mild aroma with caramel malt, bread and hint of citric fruit. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, fruity and some bitterness. Decent but quite one-dimensional.

Bottle in Genoa purchased from Enoteca Squillari. Almost clear gold beer. Nice white head. Light dry palate. Fine carbonation. Dry sweet pale malt, a trace of honey. A little marmalade citrus on the back end before the dry finish. Hangs together quite well although not really a pale ale.

Flaske 0,33l fra Vinmonopolet Vika. Spandert av Rune og delt under seanse hos ham 29 Jun 11. Gylden. OK skum som datt sammen. Brukbar fruktig aroma. Veldig søt plommesmak. Bare søt. KI=4

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden body and a small, white head. Hoppy nose, with pinecones, orange and pale malts. Nicely carbonated, a bit high maybe, but pleasant. Semi-sweet, medium body. Oranges, pale malts, caramel and some bitterness in the flavor. Long, bitter finish. The flavor is a bit dull, but saved by the finish. Overall, quite pleasant and easy drinkable. 111123

Predominantly a malty taste, in the finish as well, but some bitterness is added. Butter in the aroma. Colour is amber, hardly any head. This is an interesting beer of sorts, but doesn’t exactly cater to my taste. (33 cl bottle)

Definitely not an English Pale Ale. Too sweet and unhopped. Some nice citrusy and fuity notes against a sweet, malty background. Not a well balanced brew. Tastes like a lager.
