UPDATED: JUN 26, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Amber coloured, slightly hazy ale without much of a head. Quite sweet with an extremely discreet bitterness. On the other hand it has all the wonderful fruity ale-esters. Very nice, but it doesn’t remind me much of the typical British Pale Ale. 250104

Bottle, 6.5%. OK malty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is a bit papery, but not bad. OK alcohol level along with some caramel makes it rather pleasant.Tastes more of a Heller Bock than a pale ale.

Bottle. It’s a clear, golden body and a small, white head. Hoppy nose, with pinecones, orange and pale malts. Nicely carbonated, a bit high maybe, but pleasant. Semi-sweet, medium body. Oranges, pale malts, caramel and some bitterness in the flavor. Long, bitter finish. The flavor is a bit dull, but saved by the finish. Overall, quite pleasant and easy drinkable. 111123
