A quality Pilsner produced with selected Pilsner malt, Saaz hops and low fermented yeast following the traditional recipes. These genuine ingredients are chosen and blended rigorously respecting the Pilsner tradition. It has a pleasant scent of hops and a fresh flavour of barley malt. A refreshing drink which quenches your thirst and goes well with seafood.

Very mild skunk and metallic notes, seems a bit like a German pils. Clear yellowish body. Slight bitter bite, some grass. Easy body with lite lager like crispness. Not remarkable.

Bottle - 330ml. Pale blond, piss-like body with heavy carbonation and a fading white bubbly head. Thin malty/hoppy aroma with grassy and wet socks hints. Its watery taste carries metallic notes and ends with a short herbal finish. Useless.

330ml bottle @ Pizza e Birra, Surry Hills, Sydney (recommended). A solid pilsner with a grainy sweet malt backbone and reasonable dry hop bitterness. Rather thin bodied and watery. Pours clear dark golden with average white head.

(33 cl bottle from Coca @ Torvehallerne; BBD: October 20th 2012; L11304-1443) The cap had not been properly sealed on this bottle. It has sort of carved inwards with one of the nooks being squeezed between the glass rim and the superstructure of the cap. Beer pours a hazy and completely flat amber with neither head nor lace. Aroma is oxydised cardboard and malt. Absolutely no flavour except a little sweetness. Watery palate, thin body and a slightly sweet finish. One of the worst beers I ever tasted. Had to pour after two sips. Guess it would have been different if the cap had been intact but it wasn’t and they let it out of the brewery.

Bottle. Medium white airy head, quickly disappearing. Clear yellow colour. Generic industrial lager. Medium to fizzy carbonation, belchy. Taste is medium bitter, initially combined with some sweetness. Finish is mild bitter. Overall quite watery taste, with soapy notes. You can buy better in most supermarkets.
